Fits mk3 ABA thats jetta golf cabby.
my uncle is selling this comes with everything needed to install, asking $1000. contact me for any more information.

Would this work with the 16v conversion i'm doing??

it is a lysholm. its from 96-98 kit, so i imagine its OBD2
also, this wont fit an ABA 16v, this if i remember right, replaces the upper intake manifold and the charger sits above the exhaust.

more info, it is OBD 2 works with A/C, and has everything including the chip for the ECU. looks like the one on nuespeeds website.
