stealth box

Post by anedarado »

So my buddy has a Camero with a stock 500 watt stereo amp for the 8 speakers. He wants to pit some subs in and on the web it says ppl commonly use a stealth box...? anybody know what this is? :retard:
For every "Drive Safely" sign, shouldn't there be a "Resume Normal Driving" sign?

It's a sub box that's custom fit to the car. Usually fiberglass or molded and covered with factory-ish carpet to match the interior and blend in...hence the name "stealth".

For the most part, they fit down in the cavity towards the rear of the car. Usually you can fit 2 10" or 12" subs in there...
