Well it was a great day yesterday. I finally picked up the GtI from Checkers. Although the trip home was a little bit on the butt pucker side. We hit some bad weather and went sideways with the truck 3 times and between those a deer decided to jump out in front of us. Thanks God we didn't hit it. All is good the car is now in my shop and if you have any MK1 parts that you don't need let me know. Laters

The roads were hella gnar yesterday! I'm going to get the title squared away today and I'll be on the hunt for a hood and more parts for you!

For now a G60 with a 16v head.

^ again, the G60 was already an 8.0-1 CR engine, a 16v head will drop that to about 6-6.5-1 CR youll need to find a piston, that can get the ratio back to 8 or 8.5-1 for ideal boost ratios. or simply use a stock ABA bottom end. if you use the ABA bottom end, youll need the 150 tooth timing belt from an early 1.8T 20v engine, legos man, simply legos :)
