So today I am putting new headlights and front fender liners in. I am also going to do a boost leak check since ai have the bumper off.





And I think that a new air lilter is in need! Sticky icky icky!

looks like a k&n, can you clean it? just a thought. I switched to an aem dry filter and really like it. you could try one of those.

I think it said AEM on the. I probably could clean it but I think I will just get a new one.

It is a dry filter as well - you can just clean it , I bought it maybe 5 months ago..

I'll shoot some pix tonight and post them. I was looking for $800 but would do $650 for a BSVW member as long as don't have to ship. They were $2400 new and are 3 years old. I pulled them out every winter.
Awesome ride quality for coilovers and my Golf handled effin awesome with them.

That is an AEM filter, you can wash it, and dry it, and you are good to go!

Here is a hint, you want to wash it from the INSIDE out, use sink pressure only.

I figured it would be like a K&N filter as far as cleaning. Just without the oil.
