Big Sky Euro

I'm thinking that having a statewide GTG and BBQ at Bogert Park on Saturday would be an excellent alternative to the YNP Cruise. Especially with having a family now and all, YNP is just too long of a cruise to enjoy with your family in one day.

Who thinks having a statewide GTG/BBQ on Saturday would be a better alternative? I'm thinking BBQ at Noon, then maybe take a short local cruise to either Hyalite Reservoir or the Bridger Canyon and then returning to either a second BBQ for dinner or a huge group dinner at Famous Daves as always.

This will allow much more people to attend because you won't be missing anything on Sunday, allowing for people to travel the entire day if they live a ways away.

So what do you think? Friday night BBQ? Saturday Morning Group Car Cleaning after breakfast? Then maybe a short local cruise to some great photo locations? BBQ Lunch and relaxation time until dinner time and then all drive to Famous Daves?

Breakfast 9am Saturday.
Car wash/detail/BSfest around 10:30am.
BBQ at 1pm on Saturday.
Group drive to Big Sky or Hyalite?
Dinner at Famous Dave's.

Maybe actually organize a bit of a car show for Saturday afternoon with judges and prizes?

Maybe an after party out at Brandons shop in Four Corners for a skate/bike sesh?

that sounds like a great alternative. the cruise was fun, but i also had just as much fun at dinner and having bs sessions at the car show. ill still make it down. i enjoy the trip down there and that will be a good enough cruise for me lol.

alrigh cole we will meet of in helena for sure. im not to sure what i will be taking if i sell the 61. i might take the volksrod again and we can have a hot rod convoy haha. i agree with Jd3

i agree on later int the month on this one becasue it will be a lil warmer. an maybe more easyer to travel since theres no YNP. an so all of us can change dates. im all for this idea!!! an i like the breakfast idea then car clean up an show an then to a distination for photos then bradons IF he will let us an fingers crossed, an have the BBQ there just in case it cools off at nite so our ladys can keep a lil warm. just a idea im not volunteering brandan! thats up to him!
