First off, I want to say thanks again to Jason and Aeron out of Zoo town. I went expecting a good deal, left with a slamming deal. HRS Race Springs, new hood for the one that deer outside of Columbus decided to headbutt at 80 mph (those were the original purchases), left with a rear bumper lip so I can get rid of that stupid black plastic piece, and an MKIV/MKV front end conversion. I'll post pictures tomorrow, starting from the beginning.
Oh, and if anyone knows of a fender, front passenger side, hit me up. That deer decided to hit that as well, so I am in need.

Oh... I cheered her up. She was upset because when we were talking about your passat donor car, motor swap, autocross, suspension, and parts in general she was clueless. So she felt left out. She told me later she wants to learn, and wants to be interested in what I am, so as I'm working on my car she wants me to explain what change I'm making along with why I'm making it, so that she can understand. Plus I found out she is a closet video game nerd and rocks at Need For Speed Hot Pursuit on Xbox 360.
Just an update by the way, the springs are going on today. I'll post before and afters, hopefully.

Definitely afters though.

nah, shell get over it.
Update: got the front struts out... When I got the spring pressure released, the strut completely collapsed. Apparently I was riding on just the spring. Good thing I thought ahead and bought new struts and shocks, eh? ;p
