I have my garage thread but I think it's time I make a thread for the Audi. I drive it daily, so it gets a majority of maintenance in the fleet of vehicles we have, which deems it a continuous project

As far as mods go, all of them are listed here. So from here on out, I'll list updates and maintenance.

It was time to get new motor mounts in. I knew the passengers side mount was blown and leaking fluid, and it was bugging me hearing the engine clunk around so I pulled the trigger on some 034 Motorsports solid street density motor mounts and an Apikol snub mount.

I won't bore anyone with the install DIY, but basically jack up the motor, unbolt the old ones, and put the new ones in. Here's a few pics of the differences in the snub mount.

I also have an oil change coming up, and thanks to Wade, I have some Amsoil in my garage:



Wade, in a few weeks I'll need to get another box of quarts for the Jetta. And I still need to settle up with you

Finally...no CEL!

For the last two years roughly I have had CEL for various things, mainly my SAI and EGR and vac line delete. I got sick of seeing that yellow lamp and got the parts I needed to re-install the combi valve and SAI parts. Plus a new B1:S2 o2 sensor and two pin coolant temp sensor. And swapped out to winter wheels and tires.

Now I need to pick up an oil level sensor that just shit the bed and I'll be in the clear for a bit.

Broke 150k on the way to work this morning. Running strong and pushing 20psi daily while getting 28+ mpg.

Haha, yup! Daily too, but I either need new tires or it's time to trade/swap/buy new summer wheels.
