VW Alltrack Concept

This could be my dream daily driver. How to build the perfect utility wagon:
1.) AWD
2.) TDI Fuel Economy
3.) Passat size and cargo capacity (Sorry Jetta Sportwagen, you're bit small and girly)
4.) VW fit and finish (Have you ever sat in an Outback for a long roadtrip, comfortable is not the word that comes to mind)
5.) Outback like ground clearence.
6.) Comes with Thule roof box and hott hippy dippy chick that shaves and has job (ok, so it doesn't have it all)
Question is, would you buy it?
