Some parts coming into my garage soon to transform my Avant from a two pedal to a three pedal. Updates as things progress


Workflow:

1. Parts needed:
   1. 01A 5 sp. transmission with B6 tailpiece
   2. Valeo HD clutch and SMFW
   3. Pilot bearing from an Audi 2.8L V6
   4. Manual trans drive shaft
   5. Manual rear diff
   6. Manual pedal cluster w/ clutch switch
   7. Master cylinder
   8. Slave cylinder
   9. Brake res. -> master cylinder soft line
   10. Master cly. -> slave cly. hard line
   11. Manual downpipe
2. Drop exhaust
3. Pull trans, rear diff, front axles and drive line
4. Remove auto pedal cluster
5. Install pilot bearing
6. Install clutch
7. Install shift housing
8. Install transmission
9. Install pedal cluster
10. Wire up clutch switch etc.
11. Fluid into front diff, trans, center and rear diff
12. Bleed brakes and clutch
13. Re-install the driveline and torque to spec
14. Reprogram ABS, ECU and cluster w/ VCDS
15. Drive and redjust, etc. as needed

Bus is doing great, but neither vehicle is a kid hauler. I'll figure something out before then.

Wait isn't the bus a transporter? Not the safest but was meant to haul people. Lol

Station Wagon, and yeah it transports all right, but at 55 mph. Not the desired speed for daily driving on I-90 right lol?

Just try it for a few days. You'll be happier when you get to work, and before you know it you'll be wondering what all the hurry was about.
