Fuse 43 Keeps Blowing

So I've got the new radiator in the Beetle but now it won't run correctly because fuse 43 keeps blowing (Engine Controls.)
Looks like it's time to start searching for broken wires. Anybody have a Bentley?

Here's a few items to check:
-Fuse 43
Clutch vacuum vent valve (if equipped)
Brake vacuum vent valve
Relays for preheating coolant (if equipped)
Crankcase ventilation heating element
What's this Beetle all about, I didn't know you had any VW's.
