Misfire Cylinder 1 and 3

So, I have an annoying misfire on my dune buggy. Carb is good, no vacuum leaks, has electronic ignition which is timed spot on, valves are spot on, spark is good, new plugs... I keep getting a constant misfire on cylinders 1 and 3. By constant I mean they aren't even firing. It sounds like they pick up when you open up the throttle, but not 100%. It's driving me nuts, so any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Nope, has a massive oil cooler. Uploading a video.

Do you have a fan on the cooler?

Just asking because I have a 92 plate cooler on mine and it still needed a fan. But then again it's under the car. Where is yours located ?

Lost my compression tester, but going to buy one tomorrow. Doubt it would lose compression from sitting over the winter, but you never know.

Sounds like carb issues. Have you tuned it lately? And a compression test wouldn't hurt either.

Maybe, but not sure why it would cause just cylinders 1 and 3 to misfire. I'll grab another carb kit though and go through it again.
