mid-70's Beetle for sale

Driving into 3 Forks today I noticed a light yellow, probably '75 or so, VW Beetle for sale. From the road it looked to be in ok shape. It's on the road in to town, between the interstate & the Sacajawea Hotel, on the right. Didn't get a picture...
