Awesome pics! Thanks to everyone to turned out to make this a really fun day! The roads were awswome, no rocks at all, and only one car to deal with on the way up the pass. And no cops to spoil the fun!

You guys are always welcome in Zoo town, we should defintely do it again! Maybe we can organise a shop day or something like that also.....Hope you all had good drives back to your hometowns!

so How are you guys getting away with no front plates? Have you got pulled over for it?

Just lucky I guess. I used to run no plate, and they pretty much left me alone, and I used to get harassed when I had just a euro plate on the front, but when I put the MT plate on, they leave me alone. I did get pulled over in the GTI with no front plate, though. It is a stupid law myself, but what are you going to do?

thats cool.. Yeah I agree it is a stupid law.

Shop day sounds cool also.


Now all I need to do is get the suspension sorted out. Going to order springs, and a front strut tower brace, and probably fabricate my own rear one... The body roll was just insane going up the pass and down it. Was also dancing around pretty bad in the corners.

Anything specific you recommend I do/get?


BTW, I'm lovin the exhaust (butt dyno agrees too) and the new bulbs. Thanks again for the help.
