Hey all, I have another question for ya. Im pick some used wheel this weekend and I plan on painting them. Does anyone know of someone in the Missoula area that can blast wheels?

Try PCS powdercoating, over off Kestrel. I am sure they blast before they coat, so maybe they will just blast for you?
