67 Squareback survivor and 63 Ragtop Baja

My name is John Marcella and I have been trolling this board for awhile and have finally moved to a place where I have some room to work and more projects!!!!! My 63 has progressed to finished body work and now is just waiting for funds to paint. Once I have that done I (If my wife doesn’t claim it for hers) I might put a straight axle on it and make it a Volksrod!
My 67 Squareback I just got after 3 years of asking from the original owner. This was a family car and was truly loved by the family and it's owner. Driven daily it was suddenly parked in 1991 after being side swiped on a tractor trailer. With no structural damage the car was driven home almost 50 miles and parked with intention of fixing. The owner bought a Rabbit Diesel (which was sitting next to the Squareback) to drive in the mean time. I am trying to get that one next!
Does anyone know of any other aircooled vw’s laying around? I am looking for a shell of any type. I am thinking of building a t bucket frame with straight axle front end with a vw body??????????? I want to build something totally different.
How do you add pictures to this post? I have some but cant figure it out?
