I realized I didn't have a thread for my Jetta. Not much going on with it. It is my daily.
Loaded ECU reprogram from APR
APR Carbon fiber intake
Carbon fiber engine covers
Spyder Auto headlights with CCFL halo rings
Blacked out OEM tail lights
New rubber - Firehawk Wide Oval Indy 500 tires
On 17" Long Beach wheels
replaced low beam H1 bulbs recently
at about 145,xxx miles currently
Got the factory "lifted" suspension. lol
Stock Monsoon sound system
5% tinted windows rear and 35% tinted windows up front
According to APR, on 91 Oct program I should be around 215 hp with having a pretty much stock engine.

Stupid 19 yr old kid fell asleep at the wheel and hit my car then driving through a chain link fence and stopping a few feet short of an apartment building.
Rennwagon is watching over her while she is at Missoula VW. Hoping for a full recovery.
More photos....

Fell asleep or passed out?! How do you fall asleep in a residential neighborhood?

Well he didn't flee the scene. His name is Brendan Wilkinson and he had his girlfriend and baby in the backseat of the Explorer he was driving. I think the Explorer was his mom's and she had insurance on it.
The neighbors called 911 and woke me and my girlfriend up.
From what I overheard he said that he fell asleep at the wheel. I think it was determined that he wasn't drunk or high. However he didn't have a valid driver's license and was arrested I believe.

Wow that sucks. I drive by your car alot (I live up there too) and the thought had crossed my mind about your car getting hit. Knowing 55th and where it's parked and all. Good thing they had insurance. I try to never park on the street if possible. Too many douche's in this town.

Still waiting for their insurance adjuster (Progressive) to go take a look at it. They take forever!
Carl at Missoula VW says that its right on the edge of the threshold. Carl's damage assessment in dollars is $4907.68. NADA retail value is $5200. So we shall see what the adjuster says. I'll argue the value of my car and that my car is the most immaculate MK4 ever. Plus the few performance parts and tires with less than 50 miles on them. I still owe $2300 on the Jetta too.
