Has a 1.9l AAZ engine from a 94 Canadian Passat.. Mileage unknown.. Giles super pump.. Custom 1.8t Passat intercooler setup.. Egt gauge.. Suspension lift and tires coming soon! Tows my raft trailer like a boss! More pics soon..

I've always thought something like this would be a ton of fun to build. What kind of oil pump/ pan are you using. This kind of swap always makes me worried about oiling with the engine sitting sideways like that.

It was a factory diesel.. Came with oil pan and pump pickup to fit in there all tidy like.. Have yet to fabricate a throttle cable bracket so I can put another engine cover on. This one has a bump out.. So much better than the water boxers..
