My brother has been sitting on this since he got my GTI. This has been great transportation for him for a long while. It would make a good daily driver or project.

Straight body, complete car with good tires. Heater control needs repair but work. Recent head gasket and timing belt.

Completely stock. Needs nothing major.

8valve is not a crime!!!!

Most folks just cant handle it. Kinda like the need to have a bigger truck, bike, or anything bigger than the next guy. Not that I have much room to speak.

Correct me if I'm wrong here buts it's an HT high comp high output motor code from the Gti's. Now also it could be a 1.8 RV motor typical Canadian 1.8. Both flawless motors in their own right but coupes are speical. And this one isn't a hydro clutched cable linkage car either. With out a sunroof and only two door....it's the stiffest factory mk2 ever made. Stiff and ridged, even more so arguably than the corrado.
