whew! 3rd mk2 build thread, just stackin em up!

so matt decided it was time to redo the engine compartment in his GTI, so with the stop watch set, matt kevin and myself had the motor sitting on the floor in 35-40 minutes, wouldve been sooner but exhaust didnt come apart as expected. so now we will be doing more body work again, with better placed, and better quality filler, most likely Rage Gold. all wiring well be ran differently most likely through the chassis leg on the driver side, instead of between the inner and outer fender. kevin if you got your pics uploaded yet, post up!, ill take some more tomorrow, and update frequently!

so with a gallon of rage extreme, a soon to be here welder, some evercoat glaze coat and a shit load of time and patience this thing should be dont in a bout 20-30 working hours! will post pics as it goes

There always seems to be a discouraging lack of beer in your garage when I come over. Seems like more giant cans of tea and code red than anything. My vote is less cigs and more PBR, just and idea.

looooooooooooooooong time since update "matt hates sanding more than me" :laughing: finally got a little makeshift welder that does the job alright so here is the latest and greatest
