trying to decide which one to get to settle my boost leak paranoia...

At first I was only interested in the AWE one, but now im starting to ponder other (cheaper) options.

cant go wrong with an auto meter guage. they look nice not too much pizzazz, simple and it tells you how much boost you have, then just order what style pod you want those other ones look nice too

yeah im also wondering if I dont put it in the vent, where I should put it.

I have a VDO vision. I've been using their guages for a while. I have two and don't know where to put either so they're still sitting in the garage

I'd do the ISSPRO gauge, and drill your vent. It's the best option for cheap that I've seen.

Rammy, that one looks cool, may try it. The silver on it might now go as well with the wood trim though, just me being picky.

The gauge is all black with white needle and numbers. The silver finish is really just glare from the flash, it's black. The only way it doesn't match factory is the needle is red when lit up at night. That's a difference I could live with.

go to podi.ca they make pods and gauges specially for VAG cars. the backlight in the gauges will match the lights in your speedo.

Agreed with Vegas. Podi makes some badass gauge packages for the VW/Audi stuff. If you don't already have a gauge mount, thesereplace the top of your steering column, they don't stick on top of it. I am the only Podi dealer in MT, and I offer the standard 10% BSE discount on them also.......
