Aeron, what kind of info can you give me on Revo for my 2.o?
They say to contact a dealer for info and you are listed.
Cost? What's the test drive all about? When I turbo can I use the Revo or do I need to go with a C2? And can I tweak the settings after install with Lemmiwinks?
Please no flaming, or "some guy on the vortex..." replies.

Interested in you parts for the turbo kit. A guy back in MN that lived near me turboed his 2.0 with a wrx turbo. It ran fine for a while but had issues because of the shops poor worksmanship on the DP and tuning.

Yes, you are correct Mike, I am the newest and only authorised REVO dealer in Montana. I will have to say this first, though. I am totally brand new to this software, and I will need to do some research first on your car. As far as I know, you would not be able to modify it with Lemmiwinks, nor would you want to. think you would already be into stage 2 or 3, and an SPS tuner if you are planning on turboing the car. When it comes down to that, I may be able to get a custom tune, based on modification. Gimme a little bit of time, and I will have more.

IIRC your Jetta is a 150 bhp motor, correct me if I am wrong.
stock you car put out 150 bhp and 160 ft-lbs. with the REVO tuning your output would be 207 bhp and 232 ft-lbs, a gain of 57 hp and 72 ft-lbs. That is on a stock motor, now you can go stage 2 with aftermarket intake and exhaust mods and you will see a 10-15% gain over the stage 1 tune. They also recommend a 4 bar FPR and an aftermarket DV(your RBV-25 will work perfect)
Pricing is as follows
5 hour tuning trial software = FREE!!
Stage 1 tuning Retail $499.00 BSVW members $469.00
Stage 2 tuning Retail $549.00 BSVW members $519.00
If you start out with the stage 1 tuning and go to stage 2, you are only charged the difference between the two, so if you went stage 1 and then stage 2 you would only spend $50.00 to upgrade.

That is what I have so far for your car, Chris. We can, of course trial flash your car when I put on the intercooler, and you can drive it home to test it out. And then you will be back the next weekend for the actual tuning.

Yeah, and when you think about it, the Hp/dollar ratio is pretty high, you know? I wish I knew how much money I would need to spend to get that kind of output gain from my VR6. $2500 at least! And that is for forced induction, and that opens a whole new can of worms!
