So I definitely plan on getting the Revo chip towards the end of January. After some research it seems that the diverter valve should be replaced to keep up with the extra boost. So I was wondering which valve would be a better replacement for my car: 710N from the TT, Bailey's, or 007 Forged valve?

Yup, just a fully stock A4, gonna break the mod cherry on her finally.

Plan is to just go Revo stage 1 and Exhuast w/ a new valve.
When I graduate maybe K04's
Nothing too extreme.

General consensus for the 2.7T, if there is such a thing, is 710n's. I know jack about 1.8T's though. From what I hear, it has four cylinders.

Maybe in the distant future, too extreme of a mod.

Roomate ran a forge on his wrx and a buddy back home runs a forge as well. I read good things about the baileys and the 710 so I dunno haha.

710n?? That's a stock DV part number. I'm working the 007. Love it. If you want to ride in a Revo car, I've got Stage 1 and 380cc injectors...I think. LOL

My car's so damn smooth sometimes I wonder. But then I keep up just find with my K04 Audi buddies and have no more questions

I had a Hyperboost HX Compact on my 1.8T when I sold it. The recommendation I was give was to get a piston based DV as opposed to a diaphragm based one. I guess the diaphragm is what tears on the stock DV. I have the stock Bosch DV in my garage that only had 8K (stock boost) miles on it. Whoever blows their DV first can have it!

One of my friends refused to buy an aftermarket DV for his 03 1.8T GTI. He replaced it about every 30K miles for $40. I spent $160 for mine and sold it with 18K miles on it. I think he won.
