Started the swap of all the bulbs to red LEDs...
Next on the list is:
Chrome gauge rings:
Reverse LCD kit:
Self illuminated gauge faces:
The needles will also be illuminated.

If you want to see the DDI gauges and red lcd's in person I got em! They look good

I still need the reverse lit needles, but I took the green film from the top o the cluster out and painted the needles redorngy. Its not bad

Paint the needles with UV reactive paint, and install a 10" black light at the top of the cluster.. then they will glow.

No black lite for me. I will just wait to get the audi needles or I have some mk4 needles I might use w/leds. Ill stick with the redorngy for now!!!
