injector cups?

i have a spare head off a 86. it has the right injector cups but for the life of got i cant get them out. any ideas? anyone have a spare set?

I have never tried to replace those, but it looks like they snap in. The o-ring is probably rock hard and that is why they won't come out. You might have to destroy them to get them out. They are $1.38 from GermanAutoParts.

yea those are the parts i need. ill try again to get them out. everyone i've talked to has said they screw in but it appears they dont. so ill try and find a way to get them pulled out. im sure i can rig something up

They do in fact screw out, you do however need a very big allen wrench. Mine were about stuck solid, but they did come out. I would suppose if you were replacing them, then it would not matter if you destroyed them, but I would watch the threads on the head.....

Sorry I spoke before I clicked on the link. I was talking about 16v, or g60 cups which do screw out. I have no idea how those come out. Good luck.
