how much research have you put into induction on vrs? What is the difference between turbo and SC as far as power and numbers? I havnt looked at any vr stuff yet

I've put A LOT into it... and still cant decide...

Stage 1 VF s/c and Stage 1 Kinetic turbo kit both at 6psi make about the same power figures...

When you get up into the higher boost numbers, beyond what a s/c can supply, then for sure a turbo will make more power.. Also more engine work will be needed...

Stage 2VF I think is 8psi, and ~285whp.. Which is easy for the stock internals, and easy on the transmission and drive train, since there is no huge spike in torque when the turbo spools...

Turbo, you can always get more power... s/c you are limited to about 10psi I think. Thats still a good 280+hp... Also with way less lag then the turbo..
