I took a couple from the junkyard in spokane and put one on the corrado.
I think my buddy back home still has them. We were going to get all the fittings and a length of hose to sell them as a kit for people who didn't/couldn't piece together one by themselves. Let me know if there is interest. I think we may be able to set one up.

I have never seen one that replaced the factory cool, just works with it. But then again, i have never seen a lot of things, so I could be wrong.....

When you use the Volvo part, you need a longer threaded rod, and a way to cap or re-route the coolant lines. I used stuff from a MK1 after I got rid of the water cooled turbo.

the sanwich adapter is really the only part you should need to order, you could piece the rest of the kit together locally. Catey controls will have all the lines and fitting you would need, and they may have the cooler also. I am sure you could order the cooler pretty easily if you couldn't find it locally, also.

Yeah, good point, I forgot about that. Yeah, if you tell them you are working on something other than hydraulic systems, they look at you sideways.......
