In two weeks I'll be bringing home an '81 Diesel Rabbit as another project!
Gotta go get it paid for tomorrow and get the title changed over but then she's mine.
Check back for updates!

I don't know what I can spend or if i'm going to keep my Wolfsburg. I'm tried of having three uncompleted projects, I might cut my losses and junk the Jetta. I'll take as much out of him as I can and Remember the good times. This way I can get a HID headlight set up for the wagon and this way I can look for a nice rust free MKII from out west at some time thisd would give me time to get my Bug done and get my wagon looking cool with some mods. As much as I love my Wolfsburg and it was the first VW I ever bought it needs so much body work and the engine appears to be getting tired, but I wanted to see what you guys thought. If I did junk it I'd keep the seats out of it, the wheels and other pieces to remember it by. But like I said I'm on the fence about it but now I'm learning closer to the junking side of the fence. I'm so tired of having rusty VWs and just want clean ones and i'm buying them from out West. I want ones that look like they are supposed to and from this I can spend the money on engine and suspension mods not body work. I just would like to get your opinion. I heard a junk yard in minnesota pays like $300.00 for cars. I'm going to call first, but I have been thinking.
What do you think. This way I could have you look for a clean MKII for me to buy down the road, one that does not need so much work.

Well it looks like I'll have the Wolfsbur a little longer which is OK, I just wish I could find a loaner where I could make one good car out of two, so let me know if you know of any. I know you can find the good ones. I just don't want it to be rustry if I can find one.
