Damn, that means they won't work on the wagon either. I was interested in them but I guess not anymore.

Just so you guys know adapters are awesome and cheap so I'd check into them!

Yeah but I thought they were bad for your studs, like breaking them off.

Is there a way to put a four bolt pattern wheel, like from an MKII to a five bolt pattern like from an MKIV. I have a nice set of wheels from my GLI but they are the wrong bolt pattern. If this is feasable where can I get the adaptors.

Thanks.

Matt,
A bazillion and 3 people use adapters. As long as you get good quality ones you should be fine. Some people swear by them and others curse them. I have never heard of major problems with them though. On that note, I think Jays wheels would look awesome on your reflex silver waggy!
About your MK2 4 lug wheels, you should probably start a thread outside of classifieds here as it kinda jacks this thread! ;)
Probably post up under Modifications, Repair & Maintenance, or VW Talk maybe.

Hey JR, if I can find adaptors, I'd really love to buy your wheels. I'm coming to Billings in August for the show, but the problem is after gas I won't be able to afford them, unless we can work something out. It is too bad too because I would have room for them. Let me know. Hopefully we can work something out.

*shrug* make me an offer. Check the Vortex for adapters. You can probably find some cheap there.

I don't know what kind of offer, I don't want to low ball you. I'll have to see how much I have when I'm in Billings and maybe I can make a down payment or something. What do you think? I hate being poor.

You can't lowball me. I don't believe in lowballs. It's it's too low I'll just say 'no soup for you!'.
