Like I said, 130k+ and no problems. Autocrossing, track racing, street racing, what have you. I am not nice to it. Owned the car since it had 95 miles on the odo. I am just saying that you are generalising all trannys 'cause you had a problem, cause the PO of you car beat on it.

mm no.. I never said every one has that problem. But it is very common for the 2nd gear syncros to go out with no abuse, same with the rivets in the differentials.

IIRC, my Corrado was an automatic when I bought it... so ya.

I've also had none of the problems I listed.
