1986 Murker 2.3T RWD

So this car was made in Germany with a ford motor 2.3T has T3 turbo runs great fires right up but needs front tranny seal and some electric dont work all lights work except blinkers i traded the motor out of my wrecked caddy for this dont have time and dont want to fix it sellin for $600 or best offer runs and drives!

Well it is actually a Merkur(german for Mercury) XR4TI, and it was Ford project to bring the Cosworth Seirra "sytle" to the states. 1985-1989. The cars were very fast for thier days, and they still have quite a following, and those guys are die hards. Parts are becoming hard to find, as they get older. They were manyfactured in Germany, with teh motors in south america I think. My aunt had one when they came out, and it was pretty fast IIRC. I have always kinds watched these guys with interest. Just one of those things I suppose.

Thanks man for the info i dont know much about it. i do know the same motors came in the mustangs and thunderbirds.
