Okay, so I'll be updating this as parts come up but to start:
Black Low Profile Case: $35 the P/S has 2 weeks on it until my mobo died. Everything else is NIB. Link here for specs: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811108059
NVidia GeForce 6200 128MB AGP Video Card: $20 VGA and DVI out, EVGA driver/utility disc included. Dual monitor, worked great for me.
Sata Raid Card 1.5Gb/s - I forget who made it. $10 I'll even include to SATA cables.
PQI 1GB RAM DDR-333: $15
Kingston 1GB RAM DDR-333: $15 (I used both sticks in the same system)

No, you still need a mobo, processor and hard drive.

Yes, I would do a discount for all of it, but no, it's a microATX box. So no, it won't handle a regular mobo.Dubber wrote:jay - would you do a discount price for all of it? i have a proc and a mobo i could use in it. it handles a regular size mobo right?

Re: Computer Parts
Micro ATX are just a smaller form factor. They are still like any other standard ATX board as far as CPU, RAM, Power etc....
Micro ATX boards are squar vs. rectangular and can't exceed 245mmx245mm in physical size but can be as small as 180mm x180mm IIRC? Wow, maybe I did retain some of the A+ certification??
Some MicroATX cases require lowprofile add-in cards like PCI or aftermarket VID cards. Most usually have onboard video.
They usually only have 2 PCI slots and usually only 2 RAM slots as well. They are actually very common.
