So any B5 people in Missoula on here?

Post by quattrosouljah »

since the B5 traffic around here is pretty slim to nonexistent I thought I'd ask to see if any more of you guys are around again? I've met a few guys in Missoula and Kalispell but not through this site all from AW sorry to say.

Anyway I've got a few things under my belt in the past year and wanted to know if there are any other B5 DIY'ers around.

What I have DIY'd in the past year to my Avant:
-Timing Belt and all tensioners and rollers
-Water Pump
-T-stat
-Cam seals
-Crank seal
-Vacuum Lines
-Plugs
-Full size passenger side mirror
-Repaired backup light sensor
-Fuel filter
-New fluid Rear Differential
-New fluid in front of Transmission
-Replaced trim on bottom of drivers door
-Stern Differential mounts
-New motor mounts
-New tranny mouunts
-Homemade front rear differential mount
-Upgraded/hacked a 9db antenna onto central locking system unit
-Throttle valve/body cleaning
-Fixed power steering leaks
-Fixed broken HL washer
-Many others and sure I missed some

Anyway both of my 30V B5's run like a top and trying to meet others that are interested in keeping there cars tip-top by their own hands in Missoula =)

Regards,

-Brad

There should be some more up in that area - dunno if there are any right now in Zootown, but I bet Aeron would be able to get some more B5 members on board...if he weren't always on DubKorps...that cheater   .

I met Aeron a couple of times over the summer once in the parking lot of Sears and then I ended up making one of their mid summer GTG's over at Jason's. Good times.

Where are all the B5'ers though <sigh> I see a ish ton of them everyday here in Missoula including someone who just put an unpainted RS4 bumper on a black one in town last week. I just need to find more B5 geeks, I know they are out there ;-)
