Hey guys, all the planning is going great we just need to come up with some donations for the BBQ's like we did last year.

This year I'm going to do more communicating with YNP and try to get at least 25 or so passes the weekend before, so at least that many of us can just roll through the gates quickly.

Anyone want to step up?

I'll be buying a pass earlier in the season, but I will buy or give $$ to whatever. Do you have the BBQ list from last year? Maybe we just copy that and add/ change as needed.

Just moved into my new house in Bozeman. So if anyone coming into town for the cruise needs a place to stay let me know, I have an extra room now.
Be warned though, I have a 3 kids running around (4, 2, and a 6 month old).

Well I'm trying to think ahead as there's already close to 40 cars coming.
I hope that numbers doubles within a couple months.
I'm just thinking it could shave off a little time. Although buying passes doesn't take long at all.
