Just had a good experience at Montana Import Group

Post by ValveFloat »

So, for some reason I absolutely dread the dealership's service dept. coming near my car.
Today I was out there picking up a couple parts, and I needed a little coolant added, so I went up to the service desk, interrupted their lunch unfortunately, and asked if they would top up my coolant. When she asked for my key, I almost ran, but I somewhat reluctantly handed it to her, she said she would pull it into the bay and they would add some coolant. A few minutes later she pulled it back out and said, "There you go."
No questions, just service. :D

either way, when I first read it, I thought he said good experience at the Bozeman Airport, and I couldn't figure out why he was taking the car there for service! :D

Good to hear. I don't recognize anyone there anymore. Sometimes I wish I had stayed a little longer and tried to sell more...

Bozeman Audi gave me coolant mixed in a jug today to add later when my engine is cool. No charge. Ryan and Doug are great. They always remember my name and are willing to help an enthusiast out. Helps to make the cost of big repairs a little easier to take when they don't nickle and dime you. One of the best things about owning an Audi is having a dealership that acutally values their customers.
