Its rattling around and annoying me to no end! What is it and what does it do? Also what bolt size would bolt inside? Vacuum reservoir? Thanks

My chilton says Vacuum reservoir. And the blinker fluid is full

It is a vacuum reservoir and you can delete it. Just plug or cap the line near the DV and cap the hard line going into the box.
