Same problem almost all MKIV's have - the solder points on the microswitch break over time. The module needs to be replaced - it's about $150 on ECS. Then you disassemble your entire door to replace it.Dubber wrote:so whats up with the locking module?

Here's you new logs Grant. Anybody who could explain a difference in actual vs. requested boost could take a look and tell us if the difference is acceptable, or if Grant has a slow wastegate, boost leak, or some type of vacuum issue.

Also, we have the same flash, and basically the same motor/turbo setup...I am peaking @ 23psi and holding @ ~20psi until the turbo spools out. I don't have a matching log, or any kind of "control" to back anything up, but his boost numbers seems low to me.

Looks like he's losing pressure to me. Could be a bad N75 too. Getting the signals from the ECU to turbo all screwed up.
