cams. easy and cheap

Post by Leifro »

diesel cams. so the 1.8 and 1.7 and such 8v's have locked tapered cams. a diesel cam has more duration lift for both intake and exaughts. plus the diesel cam is tapered as well but doesn't have the lock key in it. thus you can advance or retard your cam for more power as for turbos or higher compression pistons.diesel cams in gas motors= more horse power:) do it up. its easy and cheap. :)

yeah i have built a few cool ones. my only real cool ones are the ones i have lifted. my first one was diesel which is my photo i have up. the last one i bulit was gas. 1.8 JH with a webber. 4 wheel disc brakes, top and bottom stabilizers. both lifted ones i have built i have pretty much put through hell. mostly through jumpin them out on 4wheeler tracks but also muddin and rally racing. im planing on making RWD one so i can turn it into sort of "pre runner rabbit" instead of just a lifted "jack rabbit"
