well, im an ass. ive been tuning (chasing) a random bucking issue for weeks now, couldnt figure it out, idle was -21.4 hg vacuum so i ruled out a vacuum leak. but this morning i went out to drive the car to work and the hood was up so i went to close it, looked down at a vacuum cap thats been on there for months, pulled it off, and it was split down the side. it must be enough to hold vac @ idle, but as soon as im on the throttle. it must open up, so i temporarily cut a hose stuffed a bolt in one end slid it on there and drove to work. the lil bastard drove like a damn champ, almost brought a tear to my eye
edit, ill probably be able to tune it worth a damn now!
