Man I love MK2! I have had a couple but have never had the ambition to tackle the restorations....SOmeday I will though....Looks good!

I have also stripped out two Mk2, so if you find anything you are lacking, let me know, and I'll check the warehouse!

thanks for the help. yeah this is actually my 4th MK2 but they have all been Golf gti's, this is my first Jetta and my first 2.slow. Really building it to be my "family car", something sound and dependable so that me and the family can hop in it and travel and look sportin at the same time. Im trying to stay away from getting to crazy, but man it's hard. i love these rides and they are so easy to mod. Me and co-pilot cant wait to get her on the road.Image co- pilot

I like the mk2 as well! You doing the full x-flow swap? The old MK2.5 :)

i bought this ride with a 2.slow crossflow swap already in it. when i got it the factory air boot was shot to hell, spark plugs wires taped up, luckily the cat i bought it from did keep the oil changed. lol. So i have fabbed a custom intake along with an ABD big bore(i know, i know, but i got it as a gift, and it was bought for me at half the price as well). have some Autotech wires on the way along with new dist. and the fixins.ha ha. Still having major issues with the H4 headlights(dont think the correct harness or connectors are in it). Really would love to get a header put in her to match up to the 3inch stainless existing exhaust. This actully the first vdub i have ever owned without one. to me it is pretty much a must for these rides. hope to have some better pics by next week. p.s. sorry Checkers no on the harness.
