Paging Aeron!
Do you have a link to this Metra kit? Or a quote for a price?
Thanks!
Edit: My Google-Fu is strong today, so I have found other sources to find it...however I'd rather purchase it from our little community here.

Re: Pioneer AVIC steering wheel integration
Ok so I got everything installed, but now I have a problem. While having the airbag sensor in the center console disconnected I turned the power on in the car to test all my connections...well now I have an airbag fault light coming on in my dash. Based on all my readings I found that the simplest way to clear the code is by using VAG-COM.
Anyone in Bozeman willing to help me out sometime soon?
Thanks again for all the help guys.

Re: Pioneer AVIC steering wheel integration
sorry I took so long to get back to you. Did you get the SWC integration hooked up to? If not, metra has just released a single piece CAN SWC adapter that is better and cheaper then the swix and swi-can. And if you disconnected the indicator light, you will throw a code. VAG-COM will take care of it. Happens to me all the time.

Re: Pioneer AVIC steering wheel integration
I ended up getting the PAC CAN adapter that allows for another adapter for SWC. I learned my lesson about buying cheap crap too. However I still think I came out ok.
Now if I can just track down someone in Bozeman with a VAG-COM I'll be ok :P
