I said "at best". The worst is about 22mpg

A little update we got the pre cat o2 sensor on and after another CEL Mike found a cracked line and we replaced that, scanned zero codes no CEL. I'm going to ND this weekend to get my son and we will see. I hope this helps. Thanks for the help Mike.

Well it did then my steering rack went out so I haven't been able to drive it to see, but the good news is no CEL yet.
