Re: Project Rado.
Nah, no ball bearings. Didn't read anything good on them besides quicker spool. Also I read that rebuild costs were sky high, and they don't last any longer.Darkside wrote:Nice with ball bearings I assume. That is one sweet hairdryer

Re: Project Rado.
jeez, i always thought the .81 would be a little better suited for the VR, My turbo is a .63 A/R jounal bearing, and with only 8.0 compression shes still spooling 35-3800. either way, should be a kick in the pants! you start tearing into it yet?

Well, it's a T4 .68A/R, which I heard is equal to like a T3 .84+ A/R.kompressorgolf wrote:jeez, i always thought the .81 would be a little better suited for the VR, My turbo is a .63 A/R jounal bearing, and with only 8.0 compression shes still spooling 35-3800. either way, should be a kick in the pants! you start tearing into it yet?

Ugh.. So just as I got to order a bunch of stuff, paypal goes all gay with my credit card. So I'm going to wait till monday and just do it through paypal and the bank. Plus, kineticmotorsports apparently only takes paypal non cc...
I was however able to order an intercooler before it freaked out.
- Bar & Plate Aluminum Intercooler
