Anyone runnin a 16v (1.8 or 2) without the CIS? What fuel system did you use instead, or what fuel setup would you reccomend to replace the CIS?

im running standalone, on the 16VT, but you could get you a digifant one setup from a G60, get a chip from Techtonics, but a fuel rail, and run it that way. Bartek did on his 16v scirocco, and its a damn animal! what not finish the 1.8T?

Its a long story as to why I cant finish the 1.8t. Not something that I am proud of, but I dont want to sell my car and let all my time put into it go away...I cant keeping putting a lot of money into it to finish. (I wil be going back to college at UGF) So instead, came up with another idea for it...
