Yeah... big time pita... they filed for a lien on his property until he stores his boat and finds a solution for the work truck he drives home. I guess they mean business.

they are full of shit. they can't do anything except threaten paperwork. I would like to see someone try to take my house cause I choose to keep my boat at my house. I moved it because I was sick of looking at it. We actually got a newsletter with the number of boats that were stored in the neightborhood "illegally" And the best part was not one of the boats that I saw around was under a $60,000 boat. (except mine, mine is a "work in progress")
