MK5 GTI Fahrenheit

Post by kompressorgolf »

a local just traded in his fahrenheit GTI as seen in the bozeman crew pic in the headline ^

old man cared for still showroom quality. ive never seen a man so meticullous about his car, he would only allow the lube techs to put in 4 quarts of oil, he insisted on topping it up perfectly. car has around 20K on it
and is listed at Montana Import Group for right at 20K

wanted to get this on here to give everyone a chance at it. if i remember right, its #538 of a 1500 run.
FWIW i get nothing if someone buys it, i just want it to go to a loved household :)

Hate to post this, but........ I remember showing up to the lot one day and talking to a guy that was given an "extended test drive" in this car. He told me how cool the car was and that he had been driving the car pretty darn hard with less than 100 mi on it. He then continued to tell me that the thing smelled terrible once he got it home to show his wife. Needless to say I was disgusted, and he did not buy the car. I also told this story to the guy that did buy the car when I saw him later with it at the gas station. Pisses me off real bad like, I should have said something to the MIG staff. :banghead:
