I would pick up a bunch of aircraft stripper and go to town. Much easier than a wire wheel, and WD-40 won't do anything to paint.

from experiene, a conical braided wire wheel on a grinder is the best method, and other than alot of dust, the cleanest. just wear a SARS mask :) oh and pics :)

yep... im rockin a braided wheel on a grinder and a drill with 7 different wire brushes to get those hard to reach spots. thats what really slows the process down.. slow and steady.. So she s flipped!!! should get it completed tomorrow. :ninja:

this seriously was one of the most tedious things ive done in awhile ( I would say about 20 hours of non stop hustle )... kinda nerve racking too. but hopefully it pays off. :ninja:
