oh well still have YNP and well have at least two cars there vws this time. wait! 3 vw's. got any pics of the raceday last year? would love to see a wheels up pic of that.

the camaro's problems should be over, we had the heads gone through, and the machinist said the valves were seating like garbage, the dominator on it was 350 CFM too big, needed a 750-780CFM so we put a 750cfm Holley Race 4150 on it with a new Weiand high rise air-gap manifold took out the electronic advance garbage. Last year it was pulling the wheels off about 4 inches, then falling on its face instantly and almost dying, and still going through the traps at 12.8 @110MPH hoping to see mid- low 11's this year.

haha well heck you gotta have the vws in force next year at ynp! my buddy tony has a video or 2 of the races im not sure if you can see the wheels up though ill try and get the videos from him tonight. damn 350cfm to big!!! should run a hell of a lot better with a properly sized carb. 12.8 is flat cooking! im looking for high 11s so hopefully we will both be seeing times we want.

Alright kory i dug through me camera and found the pictures from last year!

So this is my truck and the trailer that we took the beetle down to Helena in. When we first showed up to Helena we had to drive through a sign up station and pay to enter the car in. While Kory was filling out all of his paper work the guy asked me what we had in the trailer so I took the curtisty of saying we had a big block chevelle in the trailer that was tubbed with slicks, And then kory said we have a VW bug and I think the guy did everything he could to not laugh haha

Kory waiting for his run in the lanes

Heres my poor photography I just missed the wheelie

Korys second race of the day racin a 90s Z28 camaro. The Camaro gave everything it had to just barely win by a fender length!
