just thinkin about this and how it probably relates to your car..... when i was scraping the underside of mine, i was a little over zealous and ground all the rubber drain plugs from the frame. I would either save a couple to grab part numbers off of, or source now and grind the shaz out of them... updated pics!!!!

they wont be available from vw anymore, ask me how i know
just be careful around them, they will have been protected pretty well by the undersealant just remove the old and reinstall later!

Yes, I am going to do recovers. Let me know. I also still need the suspension bolts for the front control arms and rear carrier. Also the shifter mount plate for the floor. Let me know what you dig up. Thanks
