head's at the machine shop getting a complete rebuild. New head gasket and bolts come in thursday, putting it back together this weekend.

Ya.. Gary. I've heard bad things about his bore jobs. But good things about his head machining.

The head wasn't salvageable... The machine shop couldn't get the "barrels" out of the head without ruining it. Luckily, we have another head... cross your fingers it's not as bad as i think =/
