so, its 99.99999999999999999999999% complete, I go to plug in the last few connectors on the engine harness to get ready to fire it up... and the fucking wiring harness is OBD1 COIL PACK because the fucking throttle body connector is an obd1 plug and doesn't fit my obd2 throttle body. fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu /rage
So.. wtb 96-97 passat OBD2222222222222222222222222222 manual wiring harness...

There is a '97 Passat 5 speed @ A1 here in Billings where I just picked the motor, and Trev just picked the trans. I don't have the time to pull the harness, but those guys may do it for you for a small price. Call them and see...
